According to ancient tales, the Mannegishi are a small, hairless people with round, bulbous heads.

The Mannegishi are said to have six fingers on each hand and they can be very, very mischievous.

In this story Mannegishi LOVES to hide and he startles others by singing NA NA NA NA NEE NEE YOU CAN'T SEE ME!

The Canadian Monster Club series is a collection of short, illustrated stories that are all based around characters from either Canadian mythology and / or on actual historical sightings.

Their small size is perfect for small hands and appeal to the silliness kids love.

Each fun-filled story also contains short, repetitive singing parts that children can join in on as well as a look-and-find that becomes part of the action.

Each book contains a historical account of each monster.

Partial proceeds from the sale of these books are donated to the First Nations Family and Caring Society.

Bought this for my friend’s son and he loves it. Hopefully he’ll come to love it as much as the first book he got, Ogopogo, and want to bring to show and tell multiple times like he did prior to COVID.

I ordered this book for my 7 year old grandson. It is the second of your books I have purchased for him. Canadian Monster Club was the first. I hear him running around the yard chanting na na na nee nee you can't see me. We like reading it together.
