“Great book. Great pictures. 100% Canadian” – Don Cherry
“Teachers will only be limited by their imaginations in how to incorporate the story into their early years' classrooms: to foster ideas about Canada and its symbols, as a template for creating the class's own multicultural version, beginning numeracy, art projects or school assemblies to name but a few.” 4/4 stars CM Magazine

Thank you so much for the prompt and courteous service that got this book to me in time for Christmas. I was giving it to my mother (visiting from Scotland) and she loved it!

I love this book because the "gifts "are things that Canadians can understand. I like the absurdity of the book. The illustrations bring a special charm.

A Moose in a Maple Tree was a huge hit in my daycare this Christmas and we have showed it to many friends and family because we love it so much! My 4 year old pretty much has it memorized and she likes to read it along with the song on the CD. I love the illustrations!
